Buying a home is a unique experience for each person. Everyone has their own idea of what they are looking for in a home. My job is to help match your ideals with the home that meets your needs. I want you to be satisfied with your real estate decisions. Here are a few suggestions : 1. Consider what is important to you about the home's interior and exterior features. Make a list of features that you require and a secondary list of features that may or may not be required. When touring homes be sure to take notes. List what you like and what you do not like about a home. These notes will help you to determine what your "must haves" are in the home you decide to purchase. 2. Consider location and what type of neighborhood you want to live in. Do you desire an area with children and nearby schools or are you looking for an area that provides access to an cultural events or sporting activities. In other words, consider your lifestyle and how your home must meets the needs of your lifestyle. 3. Most importantly, consider your reasons for wanting to make a real estate purchase. Owning a home provides many benefits. Tax breaks and long term equity building are two of the most important reasons to buy. But you have to be sure that the time is right and you are comfortable making the commitment. I will not "push" you into making a decision. I will work with you to help you make the move that best fits your needs. Once you have selected a home, I will continue to be a part of the process. There is a lot to still be done, such as the very important Professional Home Inspection. The inspection process provides you a professional evaluation of the structural, mechanical and electrical aspects of the home. I will assist in coordinating the processes necessary in order for you to close on your home. I am your personal guide to the home buying experience. Proven, professional dedication to home buyers, like yourself, has been my commitment since 1978.
